We cannot offer you any returns, refunds, edible items once you place an order. Before placing an order, buyers/users are advised to check the product descriptions carefully.

However, exchanges may be permitted in the following unlikely cases:

1. if you have received the product in bad condition, tampered with, or damaged

2. if the products have expired by the time of delivery

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please notify our customer care within 24 hours of refusing a package by emailing us at support@gaonkideal.com mentioning your Order ID. We will try our best to provide replacement products in such cases, on a case-by-case basis.

Clear photographs Invoice

Original packaging showing the broken product must be provided along with a request for exchange.

Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return. We reserve the right to refuse to provide an exchange for an order

GaonKaDeal reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customers Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, India Only.
